In this section, we publish answers to the most frequently asked questions, issues, and their solutions. To explore the section you are interested in, simply click on it to expand.

I can't register on Gasallin.

We ask you to check the following steps one by one to identify the problem.

  1. Make sure you are using one of the applications or browser extensions from the non-custodial crypto wallets we recommend, we suggest MetaMask. Also, ensure you are using the most current version. A link with instructions for installation, creating a new wallet, and setup can be found here https://support.gasallin.io/cryptocurrency-wallets

  2. Ensure your wallet is set up to operate on the BNB Smart Chain network and that you have imported the Tether USDT token.   1. Ensure your wallet balance has enough Tether USDT - a minimum of 10 USDT, which is the cost of Pack 1, and approximately 0.0025 BNB, which is needed to cover the transaction fee on the BNB Smart Chain network (We recommend having at least 0.005 BNB in your balance, providing you with some reserve BNB for future transactions).

  2. Make sure you are using the correct link for registration: https://gasallin.io/auth/register or a referral link of this type gasallin.io/0x62499d48a27574361c6b4eead5841c7068eeaac9 (the link is provided as an example, do not use it to register).

  3. Ensure that you are registering from the Registration tab.

  1. Ensure that during registration you do NOT press Max in the Tether USDT input field in the wallet application/extension. The USDT field should contain exactly 10 USDT.

  1. If all these conditions are met but you still can't complete the registration, try clearing the data in the wallet application/extension.

In the browser extension on PC and Mac:

IOS и Android:

  1. If you still can't register after clearing the data, try reinstalling the wallet application/extension.

  2. If all previous steps have not helped, we recommend updating your device/browser to the most current version of the software. If that still doesn't help, consider switching the device you are using for registration. For example, if you attempted to register on a mobile phone, try registering on a PC/Mac using the cryptocurrency wallet extension in the browser.

I can't buy a new Pack/Perform Reactivation.

  1. Make sure you have enough BNB balance (typically 0.0025 BNB, which is required to cover the BNB Smart Chain network fee per transaction. We recommend having at least 0.005 BNB in your balance to provide you with a buffer for future transactions). Also, ensure you have sufficient Tether USDT balance. The cost of purchasing Packs and Reactivation is displayed on the buttons in Tether USDT.

  1. If your balance is sufficient, try disconnecting Gasallin in your wallet settings, then reconnecting again. This is in the browser extension. And try to purchase a Pack/reactivate again

After that, go to the link https://gasallin.io/auth/login, log in again, and try purchasing the Pack/Reactivation once more.

  1. If that doesn't help, we advise you to uninstall the wallet extension/application.

Then reinstall it and go through the process of importing your existing wallet.

After that, switch it to work with BNB Smart Chain. Then, go to https://gasallin.io/auth/login, log in, and try purchasing the Pack/Reactivation again.

How to withdraw money from Gasallin?

The concept of "withdrawing funds" does not apply to the Gasallin platform.

We do not store users' money, and there is no need to "withdraw" it, as all payments are made directly to the users' personal wallets and are under your full control.

Too high Gas Fees during Registration/Purchase of Packs/Reactivation on MetaMask

When registering, you can refer to the estimated gas values in BNB on the Registration page before selecting a wallet (this value is dynamic and changes over time).

If the value is significantly higher than estimated, you can manually adjust the gas value:

1. During registration, at the stage of confirming the transfer of BNB as a fee, click on the edit icon.

  1. Go to the Advanced section.

  1. Set the GWEI value to 1.

  2. Check the box to save these settings for future transactions.

You can perform the same operation when purchasing new Packs and during Reactivation.
